Restore windows 8 after downgrading to windows 7

My company bought some new Latitudes E6540. Originally it contains pre installed windows 8 pro but the seller has downgraded it to windows 7 professional. How can I restore windows 8? I tried so many things but is not working.

You would need to get the Windows 8 disk from seller and reinstall it back onto the system. You will also need to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows 8 with the disk. There is no pc restore image on this system to put it back to the original factory image.
