Roxio Creator error message
Can someone tell me how I can check and make sure my Roxio Creator/My DVD Combo software is installed properly? I had bought a memorex DVD Burner which had software for Nero 7 essentials but ever since I installed that my system seems to boot up very slowly. From reviews I have heard Nero 7 is not a great DVD burning software so I have decided to go back to my Roxio software. Now when I boot up my computer I keep coming up with an error message that reads this: "setup encountered an error during installation, error code 000D". Any information on this would be appreciated.

Roxio and Nero probably conflict with each other. So uninstall one of them.

I thought I had uninstalled everything tied to the Nero 7 except the Lightscribe option. Would that have caused a problem? Is that something separate? How can I be sure I have removed everything tied to the Nero software?
