Rundll32.exe missing - can't open add/remove programs, clock, etc.
Hi,
I can't seem to find a good solution to this. Every time I try to open certain control panel items or the clock I get the message "Windows cannot find C:\Windows\Rundll32.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and try again." I've run Spybot and the like.
How do I get rundll32.exe back? I'm on a Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop. I have a blue Dell CD here with Device Drivers and Diagnostics and utilities. Will that help? Can I get rundll32.exe online?
Your help is appreciated.

I found my red Dell CD and followed the steps. It worked perfectly by expanding the file back into the c:\windows\system32 directory.
Thanks! :)
