Service pack 3
I am having trouble loading sp3. It will go half way then stop. I have win Xp. It has blocked access to my printer.

Hi, Curtis:
I assume you have downloaded SP3 to your hard drive and are trying to run the installation from there. If not, that's what you need to do.
My suggestion would be to disconnect your computer from the internet, reboot and run the upgrade from safe mode, with your anti-virus turned off.
