Setting default email for XP

Once you select a picture file from a folder that contains pictures, you can then rightclick to get a submenu that includes "send to".  When I select "mail recipient" , Windows puts the file into an email to be sent to whatever email address I enter.   My problem is that it always defaults to Outlook to send the email.   I would like to change this so that it uses Outlook Express, but I can not find any place to change what this uses when I select 'mail recipient".

 

Do any of you experts know how to change this default selection?  Thanks
