Unable to play music tracks in Yahoo Music Juke Box

I just purchased a NEW Dell laptop (E1705) and I cannot play any songs (not even the sample songs) in Yahoo Music Juke Box.  I get an error that says "Unable to play media (unresponsive)" when I try to play ANY song.

 

I have Windows Vista Home Premium installed and I have the upgraded audio package (HD edition).

 

Windows Media Player 11 works fine, but I have tracks I purchased from the old Music Match (which is now Yahoo Music Juke Box) that I still want to play !!

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

My laptop is still in factory condition (no applications have been installed).
