VISTA desktop icons disappeared!
Last night I was on my computer and all of a sudden the icons/shortcuts/whatever they are called that were at the top of my desktop disappeared. They were for Video, Music, Internet, MS Office, and a couple more - they were very useful plus you only had to click once to open! I have no clue what happened to them and have been searching for a way to put them back on my desktop for hours now.
The only other thing I did was install a new HP printer last night - I did get a message that the HP Smart Web Printing Add on did not work with my Explorer.
Any suggestions? Many thanks!

Hi CCG1301, Have you tried Right Clicking on your desktop and Select View, then make sure a tick is beside Show Desktop Icons.

Yes - Dell actually helped me and I had to reinstall the Dell Dock.
Hope this helps!
