Vista upgrade: MUP_FILE_SYSTEM blue screen

Hello

I have a new XPS 710 system with nvidia raid, nvidia graphics and 2GB memory.

After four months, I finaly received my Vista upgrade CDs (Vista premium), so I started the upgrade today. Everything looks fine, but in the final upgrade phase (guess 90 %) I get a blue screen and the message is 'MUP_FILE_SYSTEM', afterwards the XP prof. system becomes restored.

Does anybody know what this message means and how I can fix it?

I have installed all new drivers I have found on the DELL support page (incl. the new BIOS update). The DELL upgrade advisor successful checked my system and uninstalled some applications. The windows upgrade advisor gave me some hints about software that could create problems with Vista, Windows Messenger and nVidia display driver, but I don't think that is the reason.

Could it be that nvidia's mediashield (raid controller) is the reason?

Thanks in advance.
