Vostro 3450 Win 10 to Win 7 Pro Downgrade Problem

Upgraded to Windows 10 (involuntarily), didn't like it, downgraded to Windows 7 Pro per instructions.  Now laptop won't restart, says I need a windows installation disc.  I am fairly sure this didn't come with my laptop.  How to I get one of these?  Thank you in advance for your help.

 808Dave,

When you received your computer there was a program to create your backup media on the computer. This program would have created your Windows 7 disc. If you did not create the disc you can click the link below to purchase a disk  or if you are within your warranty you can click the other link below to request a disk.

Purchase Windows Disc

Request Backup & Recovery Discs for your system (US, Canada and UK only)

For me to better assist in troubleshooting, please click my DELL-Jesse L and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your Dell Order number.

Hi ,

Thank you for writing to us!

The installation Cd's would have been sent you to at the time of the system purchase which will help you reinstalling windows.

Kindly private message the service tag to the system .

Thanks
