Where to download original factory software
Good morning. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 I bought about 1.5 years ago. It has been awesome, but now I need to do a factory install and I never received the disks and was unable to use a usb.
Where can I download the factory installed software and operating system?

Windows 10 TH2 can be downloaded from here (recommended):

Windows 8.1 with Update 2 can be downloaded from here:

These are Generic Windows installation .isos from Microsoft and not a Dell customised Factory Image. Dell only started offering these at the start of this year:
