Why am I being thrown back to this?

Have Dimension 4600 with Windows XP

Just had a technician solve a problem for me in a very very good way - NO complains.

However when fixing my roblem remotely, he set it up so that http://dell.myway.com comes up and it comes up ALL THE TIME!

When I open IE I want it to go immediately to   http://my.yahoo.com

I have tried EVERYTHING to replace the dell with yahoo - but NO success!! I have tried it with internet options, but nothing works!!

Before I call Dell again, can someone tell me how to solve this?
