Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

Kindly try the following steps:

1. Press Windows + X and select Control panel.

2. Type troubleshooter in the search box and click Troubleshooting.

3. Under System and Security, click Fix problems with Windows Updates.

4. Tick Advanced > Enable and check Apply repairs automatically;

5. Tap: Run as administrator (you may have to enter your passcode firstly) > Then click Next to finish the process.

or

Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft and double-click MediaCreationTool.exe to launch the tool;

Follow the setup steps till you see Windows 10 Setup and select Upgrade this PC now > Click Next;

Click Accept when the download complete and make sure the installer is set to Keep personal files and apps as the default behavior;

If it’s not, click Change what to keep to change the settings;

Click Install to begin the update process.

Kindly private message the service tag and email address.

Thanks

Robin
