lost administrators password, cannot start in safemode
trying to find out if computer is 32 or 64 bit so can use my disks to reinstall, can't remember which disk goes with what computer

Look in control panel>system and you'll find what OS version is being used.

That didn't work, I mean there was an administrators password on the computer, windows wouldn't even boot. My husband solved the problem. Thank you though for your help
