problem in my dell insperon 5000 series

hello everyone 

i am facing an unique problem .i was shocked to see multiple the dell update icon symbol in pinup area of my windows layout , and as soon i see it , it  vanishes , is my laptop is hacked or something . and other pinups like windows defender will be opaque
