The Recovery tool does not find my service tag meaning I cannot create my USBwindows installation..
It is an alpha numeric tag from the main setup menu in the system laptop.
I need to reinstall windows 10 using the USB recovery. The laptop hard drive is empty right now
so no way to use recovery from it...
what to do next in this situation
