reintalling windows xp

ok i just reinstalled windows xp on my computer and it seem to be actin up alot lately i mean every time i get on the internet a lil thingy pops up and starts like a timer counting down till windows restarts i mean i should have never reinstalled but i needed to so you think dell would reinstall it back to the way i got it if i payed for it...i think i dident install all the drivers right or somthing but would dell do that ?

It sounds like you did not enable the Windows XP firewall before connecting to the internet and you acquired the blaster worm.  See the following:

yea i found the worm but i dont think its the blaster worm when i found it says lsass.exe its runing in the back ground and i tryed deleteing it dident work even ran 2 virus scans dident work nortan and McAfee's and ive blocked it from geting online but its slowing my computer down even after staying on the computer like 5 mins it will start to mess up do you know of any prog's i could install and delete it with? do you think i could reinstall windows and it would delete it ?
