restarting problem :(
mine s dell inspiron 15r laptop with windows 7 home basic.. the problem is i connected a usb drive.. scanned it, but after when i tried to open it the comp got hanged.. i tried to restart but the os isn logging off :( and when i switched off an turned on again m not able to access the os again, instead its showing the logging off window again:( i need help in solving this issue

Hold down the power button for 10-20 seconds to ensure it is fully powered off. Then try again.
