system restore won't keep my restore points

Question

I've used system restore a lot in the past.  Recently I noticed that the restore points I create disappear after day.  What's going on?

Hi,   What size is your hard drive and how full is your hard drive. What percentage of the hard drive do you have System Restore set to use.   If you are using all the as I recall default 12% then System restore may be clearing other restore points to make space for the new ones   Soyware & AV scans ??   hth   Ceri

I have a 60 gig hard drive which is about 2/3rds full so space shouldn't be an issue.  I checked and each day the system restore points I created and disappearing.  Any suggestions?  Thx
