No Templates were found for the select device - WDM 4.9.1
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to get an image from a device using WDM version 4.9.1. I right click on the device and choose "Get Device Image." After I enter a name and description I get an error message stating "No Templates were found for the selected device."
I read through the WDM Administrator Guide in which it states to contact the manufacturer of the device to obtain an Imaging Scripting Template. However I am unsure where to find this "template".
I am using a Dell Wyse D90DW with Windows Embedded Standard 2009. This device is updated to HAgent 5.2.0.9.
Any help is appreciated.

I had the same issue with Wyse D90D7 and WDM 4.9.1 build 241. To solve this Wyse support gives me beta hotfix of WDM 4.9.1 and WCM 1.2. After install the problem was solved.

Registering on wyse does not work and until now there was no answer via email ...

Exact same issue, trying to pull an image from a wyse D90D7 to image several hundred thin clients

I found a workaround you delete the TC and manually add it back, but this time you MOST update the partition sizes to 500 mg larger then it really is, the 8GB would be 85000 MG as it want the size in that format
