I have a handful of WYSE D90D7 thin clients that fail on updates. Their image is identical to the rest of the deployment. The error message that I receive in WDM is "No Return Status From and In-Progress Update. Update Moved to Error". The update does not show up under Deployed Package but shows up as successful under the Report Manager for that update. The updates I am applying have been downloaded from the WYSE Patch/Updates site and work fine on the other D90D7 machines. Any idea why some would fail while others are fine
Believe it or not, I did not receive any assistance from Dell on this question. I have not been able to resolve the issue. I have found that their support for Wyse thin clients is extremely lacking.
Can you please verify the following information:
1- WDM is at least at version 5.7.
2- The HAgent is updated "BEFORE" you update the image.
If you can provide details on the version of WDM and the firmware version it would be greatly appreciated.
