Upgrading FireFox

Upgrading FireFox

Hi Everybody,

I am unable to upgrade Firefox. Currently we are on 10, I have followed the instructions that I could find and although it is downloaded and appears to be installed, when you execute it 10 is the version that is executed.

Details:

Platform D50D
Build 11.2.3030
SLECT 1.4.1115
OS 3.0.31-0.9-pae

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
