If you are unable to view ThinOS 9.x policy on Dell, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check your firmware version: Make sure that your firmware version is up-to-date and supports ThinOS 9.x. If you're running an older version, you may need to update your firmware first.

Check your license: Ensure that you have a valid license for ThinOS 9.x. If your license has expired or is not compatible with this version, you may not be able to access the policy settings.

Check your network connection: Verify that your ThinOS device is connected to the network and that it can communicate with the policy server. If the connection is not working properly, the policy settings may not be available.
