Access to Win7 Home Premium

Access to Win7 Home Premium

I notice in the archived Forum that there was a thread asking about access to Vista Home edition:
"Will PocketCloud Android work on an RDP enabled Windows Vista Home?"

I don't have Vista but I have connected successfully to a 64 bit PC running Win7 Home Premium. I enabled RDP support using the following module (Google the filename for more info):
Concurrent_RDP_Win7_RTM_patcher_v1.1.zip
- it also sets up the Win7 Home Permium machine for multiple concurrent sessions (even of the same user account), a nice bonus!

I have a 2Wire DSL interface, it was pretty simple to enable that for RDP. I have used my DroidX to access any number of the PCs on my home LAN using a dynamic IP DNS service and port 3389 or via port-forwarding.

Hi Kim, Home edition does not support rdp. Limitation of the existing rdp. we will need to use vnc only.
Thanks!
