Feature Requests for Android Honecomb 3.2 on 10" Android Tablets
First, thank you for an excellent product! I have used the iPhone version for a year now and love it. I also love that you added many features to it that we requested in the forum.
Now I have an Android Honeycomb tablet with a 1280x800 screen.
I would like to be able to use it the same way that I do my iPhone. That is, full screen at native resolution. That will require:
1. Either an option for the 1280x800 resolution of the 10" tablet, or, like the iPhone has, the ability to select ANY custom resolution in the Android version. (The iPhone version already has this ability.)
2. The ability for PocketCloud to go "full screen" and bump the bar off of the bottom of the screen. I know it is possible, as other apps do it.
P.S. I am using RDP.
P.P.S. I did some more research.
I believe the bar is called the "status bar".
If it could be covered/removed by PC, that would be wonderful.
HOWEVER, if not, then at least use the screen space we have.
I set my resolution to "AUTO" and it sent to 1280x704. That leaves 96 pixels for the status bar, and it is obviously less than half that size. There is a huge black gap between the bottom of the screen and the status bar.
This brings me back to just allowing custom resolutions, so I can pick the one that fits best.
Also, in auto mode, do a better job of estimating the status bar size.
