mrgadget01, sorry to hear you are having trouble getting connected. Hopefully with a little more information from you, we can get this resolved. What type of computer are you connecting to (Mac or Windows PC, what version / OS)? Are you using the PocketCloud Companion application on the computer you are having trouble connecting to or are you using a manual connection? If so, what version is it? What error message are you getting exactly?
Thanks for the quick reply. I found that I was able to sign on when using log-in from accounts instead of the gmail address. So I guess that was the problem, but just not very specific. I do notice that the keyboard has a tendency to pop up when I click on file folders. I will work with it though and see how it goes.
