I am curious if maybe the service has stopped on one of the remote machines. Please restart the service on all of the remote computers and let me know if that does not help.
1- Open the Control Panel
2- Open the Administrative Tools
3- Open Services
4- Locate the Wyse PocketCloud service.
5- Right click and press restart.
Also make sure that Wyse PocketCloud Companion is on the safe application list within your firewall and anti-virus programs.
