Pocket Cloud only works on home wifi
Pocket Cloud only works on home wifi
When I am connecting to my own home wifi (and therefore network), everything works perfectly. When I try to connect through any other connection, it connects but just shows a black screen. Obviously having to be in range of my home wifi sort of defeats the purpose of remote access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Turned off windows firewall, and norton firewall, still not working.

Can you provide some details on the following:
1- What is the oprating system of your pc (i.e. Windows XP Pro)?
2- Do you have the Windows Companion installed?
3- Do you have port forwarding enabled?
4- What version of PocketCloud are you using?
