Pocketcloud logo interups
Pocketcloud logo interups
So when i use the program after like 1 minute of using it the pocketcloud logo comes up all over the screen and I can't close it and when I have spammed the home button and restarts pocketcloud its still there. So it becomes useless, what should i do?

What versions of PocketCloud and PocketCloud Companion are you using? Have you restarted your device recently?

I have version 1.2.173 and yes I have restarted my phone. I tried to go into pocketcloud right now but it didn't work this time ethier.

What device and version of Android are you guys experiencing this on?
If you go into your phone settings > Application > Manage applications > Select PocketCloud. On this screen, press the Force Stop button and also (YOU WILL LOSE ANY MANUAL CONNECTIONS and you will need to sign in again) press the Clear cache button.
Try using the application again after doing this and let me know if you are still having trouble.
