Problem PocketCloud PC Compagnion
Hello, i have acquire pocketcloud for android
I have a problem with an installation of PocketCloud PC Compagnion 2.3.7 on windows 7 ultimate 64 bits with Administrator's session, when i launch the install, I have the result :
Configuring user privileges : failed.
How to fix this problem for pocketcloud for android.

In fact, this error of user privileges happens when I install 'PocketCloud Windows companion "and I'm with an administrator's session, then i think that the rights for remote desktop user are included Administrators. I still added the rights to my administrator session without changes for my error. this problem persists. do you have a solution for this problem.
1) Configuring Remote Desktop : OK
2) Configuring Firewall : OK
3) Configuring NLA : OK
4) Configuring User Privileges : Failed
5) Configuring Windows Password : OK
6) Configuring Auto Discovery : OK

This occurs when pocketcloud tries to add the logged in windows user as part of the remote desktop. You can do this manually by following the instructions in this link

What happens if you try to connect using PocketCloud by discarding this error?
