Screen Size on Tablet?
Screen Size on Tablet?
I just installed Pocketcloud on my Galaxy Tablet 10.1 and when I connect I have about a 3 inch black bar on the right side of my screen on the tablet. I have tried all the screen resolutions available under settings with no luck. By looking at the screen shots on the app in Market Place it looks like theirs goes all the way across. Anyone know how I can correct this? I am running the free app by the way. Thanks.

hi Rolivetta,
we dont support custom resolution with free app. you will need to buy the pro(paid app).

I have the paid app and seeing the same issue on my ANDROID phone for both my windows 7 system and my xp system (monty9146@gmail.com)

Are you using vnc? if you are using vnc please make sure the vnc server resolution matches the aspect ratio of the phone.
