Screen resolutions
Screen resolutions
I just purchased PocketCloud Pro for my new Xoom tablet. Everything is working fine but I was wondering if there was any chance of adding some more screen resolutions to the app. The Xoom resolution is 1280X800 (or 800x1280 in portrait mode which I could use too) Or maybe a way to set our own custom resolutions? The Automatic option kind of works in landscape mode but not in portrait mode.

Hi icehot, Does setting the connection settings to auto resolution work for you?

Hi demole, We might probably add the 2 mentioned resolutions to our existing list . Custom resolution might make the ui more complicated(user error).
we Will speak to the management and will update you on this!

Thanks! Upon further use I think that the automatic setting for resolution works for me. As long as I have the tablet in portrait or landscape mode BEFORE I connect It seems to work. The only issue now is that the on-screen android tool bar (I am using a Xoom tablet.) overlays the RDP window. It would be nice if your software would take that into consideration when calculating the screen resolution for automatic.

I've just bought this as well, and it's a really nice remote desktop app, but it is lacking in one area - lack of resolution options.... I would really like to see resolutions like 1280x720, 1280x800, 1680x1050, 1600x1200, 1920x1080 and lastly (the resolution I want the most as that's what my home computer and work computer both run on) 1920x1200. Adding those to the list would be really great!
