Windows 2008 - incorrect user or password
Hi,
Im using pocketcloud android on my Galaxy S2 (Android 2.3.3).
I try to connect to my company server (Windows 2008) via RDP and wifi or LAN.
In both cases, i get a "user or password incorrect" on the startscreen.
When i type user und password manually over pocketcloud, the same error occured.
With my notebook (Windows 7) there are no problems.
Any suggestions? Tnx.

RESOLVED: sorry my mistake, I saved to pocketcloud settings login alias instead Real login

Password is OK, When connect remotely with nativ RDP or locally all works, only from PocketCloud Password is not reconized. Same password is on Win7 but there is all ok. So it seems the problem is with servers only. I find more similar topic with this issue on the forum.

What PocketCloud version number do you use? Is it free or Paid?

I am using special characters, but I paste it and save to PocketCloud settings before connection, so I am sure the password is correctly writen and saved.
As I mentioned, same proces with Win7 works OK but on W2k8server credentials are not accepted.

Also do you use alpha numeric password?
No special characters or symbols, just lower case a-z, uppercase A-Z, and 0-9.?

Please try to reset the password on Server 2008 R2. And reboot PC. Then connect from PocketCloud again.
It should work

Do you connect directly to the Server 2008 R2 or through the RD gateway?
