cant logon to window computer from mac

cant logon to window computer from mac

I uploaded pocketcloud to my android. Then I did the same on my windows laptop. Worked great, i can log on to my laptop with no problems.

I go to my data entry ladys house and we upload pocketcloud on her mac. I can remotely log into her mac from my windows laptop. I can control the mouse and everything. but all she can do is see my files and open them. and nothing changes on my computer.she cant open my quick books which is why we are doing this. I know on my computer it has a pocket cloud icon on the bottom right but im not familiar with the mac, but it doesnt allow her mac to fully take over my laptop like I can hers. what do I do?
