Can you try deleting the application and re-downloading it? Let's see if a clean install solves this problem.
I tried a "clean install" on both my IPhone 3GS and Ipad 1, and still can't get a connection. Each device connected before the latest IOS update.
Note: I have a co-worker with an Ipad that has NOT updated to IOS 4.3. Pocket Cloud works fine. We're working in the same network environment, Windows Server 2008 R2 standard.
Hey Guys - Is this happening with the Free or Paid version or both?
Also, can you try these steps:
1) In PocketCloud go to the "Settings" tab.
2) Tap the "Sign Out" button under "Auto Discovery".
3) Tap the "Remove" button under "Security".
4) Exit the app.
5) Uninstall the app.
6) Re-download the app.
7) Add a new manual connection and try to connect.
