All new to me Session disconnected

All new to me Session disconnected

Hi,

I just installed pocketcloud on my iPad1. Also tightVNC 2.0.3 on my laptop with windows XP. when i try to access the laptop using my iPad pocketcloud is showing me that the laptop status is online. When I connect its tells me that WYSE is loading...... after 20 seconds or so it tells me that session disconnected. and I have to click ok. then it goes back to the "my computers" screen where I can see that my latop is online and I can connect to it.

On my laptop tight VNC shows that rdp tp port 3389 failed but port 5900 is working fine thats the only one I need someome told me.

Also pocketcloud companion diagnostic test shows me that RDP/VNC, login and firewall are ok.

But still no connection, still message session disconnected, ipad and laptop are in the same wifi network

I did found the solution to my problem :
"Session disconnected" error when using VNC with Auto Discovery
1) Right click on the TightVNC tray icon and select "Configuration".
2) Click on the "Access Control" tab.
3) Under "Loopback Connections" ensure that "Allow loopback connections" is checked.
