Arrow Keys Not Working iPad to Windows 7 64bit Smarterm

Arrow Keys Not Working iPad to Windows 7 64bit Smarterm

I am trying to use Smarterm through PocketCloud but when I try to use the arrow keys numbers are placed. Using an iPad connected to a 64bit Windows 7 box and trying to use Smarterm. Any suggestions welcome.

What iPad are you using and what version of iOS is it using?

Are you connected through auto discovery or a manual connection?

It is an iPad 3 using Version 5.1 (9B176) connecting through a VPN to a specific machine.

Would you be able to give us access to your remote server so we can test it in house? You can send me details in a private message. Unfortunately that is the only way we will be able to diagnose what you are seeing.

Hi,

Is there a solution for this problem already? Because we have the same problem here.

Smarterm + pocketcloud gives numbers instead of the arrow function. There's also no numlock function to disable this.

Further we also would like to see page up and page down buttons for the same smartterm application.

We = approximately 20 people

Please put in a feature request and have the people who want it vote for it. Our product team will review it and hopefully they can get a fix for it in a future release.
