Authentication error message
Authentication error message
My iPad can autofind my Windows 7 (Home Premium machine) but when I try to connect to the windows machine over wi-fi I get an error message - Error:VNC: authentication failed:1
I suspect this is something to do with passwords but have tried everything that I know without success. I slao find I have to keep VNC Admi Properties open. If I close it down the 'Allow loopback connections box unchecks itself. Despite the hassle free claims I'm beginning to feel that I need a degree in computing...
Can anyone help?

what is the fix? I am having the same problem I just format my windows 7 machine.

It's OK everyone, I seem to have overcome my issues and can see my desktop on my iPad!
