I purchased Pocket Cloud for my iPad and downloaded the software to my laptop. When asked to produce my gmail address and password on my laptop it doesnt accept my user and password and I know the information is correct as I can access the app on my iPad and the email account? Any help is greatly appreciated.
So you are having a problem logging in to the PocketCloud Companion on your desktop computer? Are you using your *@gmail.com e-mail address and password to sign-in? If so can you go to www.gmail.com in your web browser and logout and then login with the same credentials? What happens? Are you able to login?
