Connecting Pocket cloud to windows 7 Ultimate
Connecting Pocket cloud to windows 7 Ultimate
I have tried to get my iphone and Ipad to connect to my windows 7 ultimate PC. What comes up that the RDP Fails to connect to port 3389. VNC to Port Failed. It works fine on my IMAC with Snow Leopard.
I need some help

Did you install the PocketCloud Companion on your Windows PC?

yes i did install the pocket cloud companion
What comes up that the RDP Fails to connect to port 3389. VNC to Port Failed

1) Right Click > My Properties on "My Computer".
2) Click "Remote settings".
3) Ensure that "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)" is selected.
