I cannot connect to my PC

I cannot connect to my PC

I was successful setting up the remote access to my laptop from my iPad but I cannot seem to get it to work with my PC in my office. I followed the suggestions in the FAQ. Can someone please assist as it has been a couple of days that I have been trying to get it to work and could not figure out how to find support. Thanks.

Install the PocketCloud Companion and that should resolve the issue with your work PC. Most corporate networks have firewalls so it's not possible to setup a manual connection without getting help from your IT Department.
