Immediate RDP Session Disconnected

Immediate RDP Session Disconnected


I have three iPads and two iPhones I tested the issue on. This issue is replicated on two of the iPads and one of the iPhone 4s. The connection has always worked up untill a few days ago. When connection to our demo terminal server either via console or published application the Wyse app almost immediatly says rdp session disconnected. These connections have always worked for months and nothing was changed on the Wyse devices or the server. I am still able to connect from one of our iPads and one of our iPhones that have identical settings and configurations. Firewalls are 100% off on the server. If I can clarify anything please ask. Thank you in advance for assistance.



•Device - iPhone 4 & iPad 
•Device OS version - 4.2.1
•Computer OS version - Windows Server 2008 
•App version - 2.0 on iPad, 2.1 on iPhone. Tested on both pro and free
•Connection method - Manual - Wifi

Ryan,
This may be related to the fact that Windows 2008 server use NLA by default. Can you try disabling NLA?
