Ipad won't connect to PC

Ipad won't connect to PC

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my ipad to the laptop. I have the app and the pc companion, and I am trying to connect using the same gmail address on both. On the ipad it's continually saying waiting for remote sign in.

I've tried restarted the pc, and I've checked to make sure both apps are using the same gmail account. I've tried using another gmail account and I've checked the firewall to make sure it's not blocking anything, but everything seems fine. It's just not connecting.

Any other ideas?

Hello Dom, when it is in that state it means that something is blocking the companion from being able to communicate with PocketCloud.

What type of computer are you connecting to (Mac or PC)?

What operating system / version is it running (Lion 10.7, XP, Vista, 7, Home, Professional, etc.)?

Please check and make sure the companion is added to the allowed applications lists within your anti-virus and firewall. I have seen both block the companion from being able to communicate with PocketCloud. Please let me know.
