No Response When RDP-ing into Windows XP from iPad

No Response When RDP-ing into Windows XP from iPad

When I login to my PC from PocketCloud on my iPad 2, nothing happens, regardless of what I press. Why doesn't the system respond? Is there a setting I need to change? Thank you

1- version NUMBER of PocketCloud you are using on ipad2: 2.2.134
2- version of Windows on Remote computer a- Windows XP Professional Version 2002 sp 3 - 32 Bit
3- Type of connection: Manual
4- Connection Method - RDP

When you say you get no response, what exactly do you mean? Do you see the desktop or is it just a black screen? Do you get an error message at all? If so, what is it?

Please let me know so I can better troubleshoot the issue with you.
