OS X Lion

OS X Lion

Just upgraded our macs to lion and finding we can't connect now with pocket cloud on our iPads. Screen loads up to the lion login screen but keyboard doesn't seem to work to allow us to log in.

Any help appreciated.

Andrew.

Was submitted yesterday. Usually takes Apple about two weeks to approve.

When delivering negative news how about leaving off the exclamation marks like you are excited that the app we paid for is useless at this point with Lion. If there is no ETA--which is disturbing enough--is there NO work-around in order to use the app properly? Lion was in beta for ages I'm kind of shocked that this is incompatibility just being found out now.

I needed connectivity and with no time to wait for an announced ETA I had no other option but to purchase another app. In my case Screens. I am not used to that app and would have preferred to not have to have purchased a redundant app. But didn't seem like a solution was in sight from Wyse. Anyway Screens works... no workaround needed.

You'll see an update for PocketCloud appear in the App Store or Market.

I have the updated app and companion programs and I am able to connect fine. However, I am still getting the above "Too many open files" messages in my console log.

Yes. The fix will be in the next update we roll out. That should happen within the next few weeks.

I have the Console application open in OS X and am trying to locate that error message. What log do you have selected on the left pane?

I was looking at All Messages but the errors are showing up if I select Files>system.log
