Pocket cloud companion will not download
Pocket cloud companion will not download
Hello,
I purchased the app for my iPad. When I try to download the companion, a message comes up that says safari can't download this file. Any help would be appreciated.

You are getting that message because the PocketCloud Windows Companion is meant to be installed on a Windows PC and should only be downloaded from a PC. The PocketCloud Mac Companion is meant to be installed on a Mac computer and therefore should only be downloaded to the Mac OS X computer. PocketCloud Desktop and PocketCloud Explore are the Application for the iPad, iPod or iPhone and they need to be downloaded and installed through the Apple App Store on any of those devices.
The PocketCloud Companion allows for the Auto Discovery feature, and other advanced features, to work in conjunction with PocketCloud on your mobile device.
