Pocket cloud pro premium isn't working with win 7

Pocket cloud pro premium isn't working with win 7

I have the pro version premium and can log into our corporate view environment with previous win OS version. We upgraded to win 7 desktop and pocket cloud no longer connects. The RSA login prompt comes up and then it stays on the connecting window but doesn't seem to connect.

I am on an iPad with the latest iPad OS and latest pocket cloud version.

I can still connect to my old desktop, but the new win 7 - no luck.

I also noticed that since upgrading to latest pocketcloud connection times a way longer.

Are you using the companion software or connecting through a manually created connection?

Sorry, I missed that part in your original post. Are you connecting with SSL turned on or off?

Also have you installed the VMware View Agent on your new Windows 7 machine?

Ssl is on as required for our corporate view infrastructure. I can log in to this desktop with a Windows view client no problem.

At the RSA prompt - are you typing in your PIN followed by the token?

Yes. It seems to accept than says it is connecting.
It stays at the connecting dialogue and does not present the desktop
The exact setup works with a non win 7 virtual desktop with no problem

I just tested with a Windows 7 VM via VMware View RSA and was successfully able to connect. Sorry I haven't been able to reproduce your issue. We are re-writing a lot of our VMware View code right now for our next release. Perhaps the next update will resolve your issue. Let me know if there are another other environment considerations that I should try.
