PocketCloud - Ability to launch saved RDP files in iPad?

PocketCloud - Ability to launch saved RDP files in iPad?

Is PocketCloud capable of opening saved *.RDP files on an iPad?

I see a "Downloaded Files" button but I can't see any files.

I can directly click on my saved RDP file, but my iPad reports there is no associated app.

You can host it on a website and launch it from there or you can e-mail it to yourself. If you subscribe to the Premium service in PocketCloud then you can download it from your desktop to your iPad and then launch the session by tapping on the file on the "File Transfers" tab.

Is there a way to have a saved rdp file in the downloads area appear in the server list?

I'd like to be able to move the file from the downloads inbox to the server list. The rdp file is a remote app rdp session so I can't just create it normally as it won't let me put the extra options required for the different shell.

Our apologies for the miscommunication, unfortunately the thin browser is no longer available with our application.

Have you taken a look at PocketCloud Web yet? https://my.pocketcloud.com/

Chris, even better would be the ability to place an rdp file on the IOS desktop and launch from there. Also, the product doc mentions a thin browser, and your response in this thread implies the ability to lauch from a web hosted file. I also see RD Gateway support, which works fine. What about RD Web access? Will the thin browser support that. That would be huge for my organization.

Hi - That option is not available right now. I will relay it to our product team for possible inclusion in a future release.
