PocketCloud PRO will only see detect 1 Auto Discoved Mac at a a time (ipad2)

I initally installed PocketCloud on my ipad2 to trial. I liked it and bought the PRO version so I could access three Mac at three different locations. However the autodiscover feature will only ever display 1 Mac on the list at a time. If I want to connect to one of the Macs that isnt on the list I have to get someone to reset the auto discover setting on that machine. Then it will appear and the previous displayed machine will vanish. If I am physically in the room with a machine it will auto discover that one and display it, removing the other. I initailly put in a support request and Roger initailly dealt with it but then stopped answering my messages ! Can anyone help out ?

Hi cwaite,
Can you please login to each of your mac,
Please run top on your terminal window. Is the cpu utilization high?
Quit companion and login again.
Does this solve your problem?
We have a known issue related to mac companion and I am trying to see if it is related.
Thanks!

Login to mac desktop.
Type terminal on the spotlight.
Now type the word 'top'.
There should be a column called 'cpu utization' next to the app in percentage.

I dont know what you mean by this ?

the CPU usage says the following

CPU usage: 12.14% user, 14.48% sys, 73.36% idle

July 31st, 2015 04:00

Here is the CPU usage of all three machines. Which I want to be able to see in my auto detect list at once:

Mac 1 = CPU usage: 12.14% user, 14.48% sys, 73.36% idle
Mac 2 = CPU usage: 1.90% user, 2.61% sys, 95.47% idle
Mac 3 = CPU usage: 1.43% user, 4,30% sys, 94.25% idle

Cheers

Hi

I have installed the newest version onto the ipad 2. I cleared the database and loged in again but I still only see one auto discovered Mac. If I go to one of the Macs (not visible) and log out of companion and log back in again, that Mac appears in auto discovery and the previous one disappears. It behaves just like the free version. The free version was removed when I loaded the Pro version but would it have anything to do with the free version being installed first?
