Pocketcloud Free connection issues

Pocketcloud Free connection issues

I have a couple of issues with Pocketcloud, some of which my be the programs fault, some could be the networks I am using's fault.
First of all, when I was using the app a few days ago, I could connect via RDP and VNC was blocked as a pro feature and now it is the other way around, I can connect via RDP but not VNC.
My second issue is logging in on the network at my school. The gmail account just won't sign in for some reason, it always says "signing in". I do not believe gmail is blocked on that network but it may be. Any ideas?

Since you are using the free version, you could just delete the RDP connection so the VNC one is at the top of the list. See if that allows you to get connected.

It is possible that your schools computer may be blocking the companion from being able to connect with PocketCloud. If you can, add PocketCloud to the allowed applications lists within the computers anti-virus and firewall.
