Pocketcloud (iPad) doesn't connect to my PC

Pocketcloud (iPad) doesn't connect to my PC

It doesn't connect, but it makes my PC's background go blank briefly then the Pocketcloud shuts down on its own. I restart Pocketcloud on my iPad and try again, and again, it makes my PC's background picture disappear briefly then the Pocket cloud shuts down. Please help.

What version of PocketCloud and PocketCloud Companion are you using? You may also want to make sure PocketCloud is added to any allowed applications lists in your firewall and anti-virus applications.
